What is Botox®?

Botulinum injections are now one of the most popular non surgical treatments in the world. Used in over 70 countries and in the UK since 1977.

Botox reduces fine lines and wrinkles such as crows feet, frown lines and forehead lines. As well as reducing fine lines, Botox® can also be used to treat excessive sweating which is medically known as hyperhidrosis.

Overactive sweat glands can leave you feeling embarrassed and uncomfortable, causing you to sweat much more than your body needs to in order to regulate its temperature. Botox is a simple treatment that can have life-changing results for anyone suffering from excessive sweating.

Treatments start from as little as £200.

My patients begin to see softening of fine lines and wrinkles between 4 to 14 days.

How long does it last and how does it work?

The treatment can last between 3 to 4 months, but this can vary per patient. When being treated with Botox, tiny amounts are injected into several points in the muscles. A very fine needle is used so most clients find that there is only mild and temporary discomfort. The entire procedure usually takes no longer than a few minutes.

The treatment itself takes around 15 minutes to complete and after the treatment you can drive or head back to work immediately, no recovery period is needed.  It is an extremely safe procedure and can be used to treat:

  • Reduce lines and wrinkles

  • Excessive Sweating (Hyperhidrosis)

  • Advanced Botox, such as platysma bands (neck Tightening)

  • Smooth the skin for a more youthful appearance

  • Wide Jaw
