Deposits and payments
To secure your appointments, deposits may be required. Please note that these deposits are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise. Full payment for your treatment is required at the time of your appointment, unless alternative arrangements have been agreed upon in advance. We accept various payment methods for your convenience.
Cancellation policy and results disclaimer
We kindly request a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in the loss of your deposit or incur cancellation fees.
